Prof. Dr. Geovana Freitas Paim Rêgo (DCHF) is now a member of the Landscape Researchers Group (LRG), an important association of researchers in landscape studies.
As a way of democratizing and socializing research in Latin America, she has proposed a working group that will meet informally once a month to discuss methods, experiences and research results on the landscapes of our region.
According to the Professor, her special interest in showing the landscapes transformed by wind energy here, in our semi-arid region, comes from the studies and researches carried out during her recent PhD in Geography at UFBA.
We congratulate Prof. Dr. Geovana Freitas on this achievement and the recognition of her careful and competent scientific work.
